American Idol - Top Finalists

Matt Giraud, who was one among the Top 5 finalists of the World famous "American Idol" has created a new history for the program when he was saved from the elimination of the judges and allowed to participate further.

Matt Giraud was very happy about this and he said that He's at peace.

The one more thing i would like to add is that the Truths are more exciting than the fakes. I wanted to quote this because when it was announced Matt Giraud was saved, not only Giraud but the Whole world broke into tears with an excellent feel.

The feel cannot be expressed by words and the entire appreciation goes to the American Idol for being a part of a life in most of the people all around the world.

Syntel Unethical Record in Profits

SYNTEL LTD, an US based IT and KPO service providers which has its major Global development centers in India located at Mumbai, Chennai and Pune.

Syntel's revenue for the Q1 2008 was $98.5 million and for the Q1 2009 was $96.4 million.

But the Profits had rose up from 40.3% to 46.5%.

How is it possible???
As far as to my limited knowledge,

The Offshore Head count of Syntel by US Q4 was more than 12000.
Within in a short span of 2 months the OffShore headcount was reduced to less than 9000.

This shows an Unethical tactics taken by Syntel to increase profits taking care of it alone and not the welfare of its employees.

Kudos to all medias which call it as an RECORD (eg: economic times)

So company has announced its profits and added four new clients,(Business standard, Reuters)

What about the innocent employees Laid off by the company????

Am asking this question as a one among the list of innocents.

Bharti Airtel - Q4 Results : Expresses Prosperity

Bharti Airtel Indian's second largest Telecommunication network next to BSNL in India has recently announced its Q4 Results.

Q4 profits were 21% up with Rs.2239 Crores.

Bharti Airtel is the company in which Bharti Telecom has 45.3% Stake and 15.58% stake by Pastel Ltd (Singapore Govt. owned)

The firm's cash profit rose to Rs.3,788 Crores considering forex losses of Rs.1,189 Crores

Sensex - Looks up

Indian Stock Market Opened more stronger despite of yesterday's fall.

Sensex opened with 11182.74pts which is 180.99pts Up!!!



As of April 29, 2009 by 1400 hours it is expected to hit above 11250pts.

Nifty Opened with as low as 3361.2pts, and gained slowly upwards.

It is expected that Nifty also will cross 3450pts by 1400 hours.

It is expected that there will be a slight down.
